The most anticipated debut LP from Traccz called Retail Confessions. The album takes a different approach to rap music by poking fun at the customer service world we thought we all knew about. The album's influences came from real situations and experience we have all encountered working for a customer service/ sales company. The parody/ comedic album was heavily requested by fellow colleagues. We took it upon ourselves to drop some light on it. Hope you enjoy.
